about me
I help high-potential leaders get unstuck and become exceptional.
For over 20 years, I’ve built and led teams in the energy sector—growing organizations from small teams to departments of leaders and managers. I’ve been the analyst, the manager, the director, and the VP. I understand what leaders need from their teams because I’ve been on both sides. I’ve excelled at helping my leaders achieve the results they required while developing the people on my teams.
I also know what it’s like to be stuck.
A few years ago, I was working 60-80 hour weeks, my health was declining, and despite external success, something felt off.
I discovered the Primal Questions framework - and it changed everything.
It gave me clarity on what was driving me, what was derailing me, and what I actually needed to change. I redefined success, found balance, and rebuilt my life around what mattered most.
That experience—combined with decades of developing future leaders—is why I became a Certified Primal Questions Coach.
Now I work with directors, senior managers, and emerging executives who are ready to break through.
No long curriculum. No endless processing.
Just clarity, momentum, and
a clear path to what you want most.
I live in Beavercreek, Ohio with my wife Dedra. We have a blended family with six children.
When I’m not coaching or leading my current team, you’ll find me on my road bike—challenging myself on new routes across the USA and internationally. I’m active in volunteering and nonprofit work, serving on boards and committees, enjoy cooking, and spend time with my two wirehaired pointing griffons, Huck and Scout.
